Prevention measures against covid-19

 

- Disinfectant hydroalcoholic gel dispensers have been installed in all the common areas of the hotel (reception, restaurant, cafeteria, gym, elevators, etc)

- The use of a mask is mandatory for customers and hotel staff in all areas of common use

- The check in and check out will be faster to reduce the down time in reception to the maximum

- Signals have been established and the furniture has been distributed to respect the safety distance between our customers

- Limited breakfast searches have been established to avoid agglomerations in our premises

- The common areas of the hotel are disinfected and cleaned daily and the cleaning frequency has increased, especially in the more contact areas such as bathrooms, faucets, railings, door handles, button boxes, elevators, etc

- A protocol and control over room cleaning and disinfection has been established
